beautiful adornments in the garden of life.
Yes, friendships are vibrant flashes of color
gleaming through the monotony and dreary blandness,
standing apart from the world around them.
Yet flowers suggest frivolity,
a lovely distraction
but not a vital function.
No, true friends…best friends
