I’m a huge fan of going to bed early and then waking up early. For example, try going to bed at 9 pm and waking up at 5 am. If this is too much then what about going to sleep at 10 pm and waking up at 6 am?

You can waste countless hours trying to finish tasks late at night. So this is the solution! Instead rest late at night and get the tasks done efficiently the following morning.

It’s important to realize that everyone is different, so by all means, if you’re a night owl then block out time in the evening to hustle.
