Announcing NFT Exhibition Finalists: “A Guide to the World of Crypto”

We present our finalists for the “Adventure Guide to the World of Crypto” co-organized by imToken & StaFi

On August 10, StaFi and us jointly organized an NFT event:

Adventurer’s Guide to Crypto: Your Art in Shanghai’s Art Space Gallery

We received a large number of excellent works in various forms. After an extensive evaluation, the jury selected 23 outstanding works for the shortlist.

These works will be participating in the September 19th exhibit at The Art Space. Based on the judges’ scores and user vote results the final winners will be selected and awarded during the ceremony at the opening of the art exhibition.

To leave some spaces to store the hopes,

the memory is not clear,

说实话，这是我创作的第一个 NFT，通过 BlockArt 一种随机算法生成。我第一次生成它的时候，就脱口而出”Ita”，所以我以此来为它命名。又因为它柔丝般的外表像两座三角塔相互矗立、相依。中文也可以被称作「依塔」。
感觉很棒。

It is my first NFT which I made randomly by using BlockArt. Ita is the name that comes out from my mind. It is soft, like two triangle towers which stands together.

这件作品在购买时只能看到两个婴儿形态的图样，黄色为女孩，紫色为男孩。一开始无法并无法看出孩子未来的样子。只得通过购买，并等待图样的变化。
正如现实中一样，孩子成长的可能性是无法预计的，但是仍然会有人愿意为了这种类似于赌博的未来耗费大量的金钱和时间。从这层意义上来讲，购买该NFT作品的这种行为也正如同养育他的过程。让购买者体验为了一个孩子付出努力和金钱的过程，其结果可能并不如意，但这种行为本身并非毫无意义。甚至可以让一部分愿意为此花费精力的人收获快乐。

At the beginning of purchase, only two babies can be seen, yellow girl baby, purple boy baby, the future of the babies is not clear., only through purchase, then the picture changes.
Like in reality, the possibility of a child can not predicted, but many still to pay time and money to educate them. Buying NFT is similar to bring up a child. The result can be bad, but the method has some meaning, there are some people willing to pay and gain their happiness.

树图先生的心是永不枯竭的鲜花，这片宇宙在他的治理下，虚拟与现实的养分，自然传递，混合共生下，资源再生。
When the time speeds we feel troubled, it becomes peace we feel good. The heart of Mr Tree Picture is undying flower, under his government, this universe gets the nutrition from virtual and reality, passes on naturally, the resources can rebirth.

风景系列 The landscape series

地方与空间、系统与规则，自然与环境，个体与集体、破坏与重构，这是谈及2020这特殊的一年我会独自思考的几个关系。全球性的环境下，疫情的肆虐打破了原有的自然系统，细节元素开始分解，放大或缩小后再形成新的合理系统。

在这个系列中，我通过提取自然风景图中的色彩元素解构固有的搭配再重新经营位置，减少原有主体颜色，放大细节，使比例平衡化，试图去讨论自然与人类社会不断变换的关系。在这个过程中，结果是不可预测的，可控的混乱形成新的合理秩序，如同自然所扮演的角色渗透于人类生活的方方面面，每个元素都有牵一发而动全身的影响。

Location and space, system and rule, nature and environment, individual and group, destruction and restriction; I think over these relationship towards the special year 2020. The pandemic breaks old system, and establish a new one.

At this series, I use the color element of the natural landscape to change the place, less original color, enlarge the detail, balance the proportion, try to discuss the changing the relationship between nature and human society. During the process, the result is unpredictable, the controllable confusion makes new right order, just like the nature is important in human‘s daily life, every element affects a lot.
