You don’t have to be tired like everyone else
Your average person starts to really slow down once they hit their late thirties and early forties. They take it as being part of the natural course of life: you start to gain weight, you feel more tired and you don’t quite seem to have the same zest for life as you did when you were younger, burdened as you are by age and the troubles of the world.
I call BS.
I say that because from where I sit, most people who complain about not having energy in middle age do so because they kept all the worst habits from their 20s and ditched all of the good ones. No wonder life becomes such a struggle.
