Is your lifestyle too sedentary?

Are you moving enough?

Are you getting a little too cozy with your couch?

If so, you should examine whether you are getting enough exercise every day. Walking from your home office to the fridge is not enough exercise you need to stay healthy.

Many American adults don’t meet the recommended levels of physical activity. According to the United States Department of Health and Human Services Physical Activity Guidelines, adults should do at least 2.5 to 5 hours a week of moderate-intensity, or 1.5 to 2.5 hours of moderate-intensity plus 30 minutes a week of vigorous-intensity aerobic physical activity.

A sedentary lifestyle is where you have long, and uninterrupted periods of sitting or lying down.

You don’t want to be a lazy person that grows roots. Moving your body is an excellent way to keep your mind and body healthy. It helps you fire on all cylinders and keep sickness at bay.
