- I know that days off are really good for you — necessary, even — but I hate taking them properly. If I get to the end of the day and haven’t done any exercise, I’ll go on a quick run. A day off still feels like a day wasted, even though that’s not true.
- My diet is good — vegan, as whole-foods as is convenient — but I still binge-eat snacks (crispy highly-processed peanuts, I’m looking at you…).
