There is always a reason why you aren’t getting the gains you want in the gym.

It’s not always obvious to spot mistakes if you are a beginner. But, come to think of it, I know more males in my gym who’ve been at it for years without making sufficient changes to their body shape.

I mention males as my gym barely ever get’s one female in the weights area (apart from me!)

Perhaps they don’t care much — or have no idea what to do.

Many people like to highlight that they visit a gym and lie about how healthy their lifestyle is — the gym is an easy cover up.

But unfortunately, it’s a fact that most people don’t eat right or have less than an ideal lifestyle to flourish any efforts made in the gym.

If you want to change your body and health, for that matter, you have to do things properly.

Attempting and failing is normally the only way to learn.
