After failure, experience is the greatest teacher.

No number of books, lectures, podcasts, or advice will benefit you like first-hand experience does because experience shows proof and builds trust.

I started lifting 5 years ago when I was walking upstairs at my first job, and I could barely climb two floors without reaching for my inhaler because I had asthma.

After 5 years of designing my workout around asthma, I am learning how to become an online health coach to guide people in improving their fitness levels.

I busted many fitness myths that I thought were true. There are still some myths I don’t know about, but here are three of them that most people believe and it is destroying their fitness progress.
