We’ve all heard about how healthy eating and regular exercise promote health. But many people may not know about the health benefits of sunlight.

Just as eating healthy foods and exercising are essential to health, so is daily exposure to sunlight.

When the weather is warm, I venture outside to get my daily dose of sunshine. Every time I’m out in the sun, whether I’m doing yard work, gardening, or hiking on a trail, I get fresh energy and a dose of motivation to tackle my day.
