When it comes to women and weight loss, we have a lot of other factors happening in the back end that play a crucial role in our success.

Some of these factors are very obvious but not something we would necessarily believe could be the root cause of failure to lose weight.

However, these bad habits we’ve integrated so deeply into our lives that we would never dream it was the cause of health and weight loss issues.

Taking baby steps to recognise and change those habits will give you many benefits — not only in weight loss but the quality of life.

Here are a few things I recommend that are also backed by science.

One: Give Intermittent fasting a try

Extreme measures with fasting aren’t necessary. However, shaving off some of the time you eat by intermittently fasting instead is a great way to start.

For instance, a popular method is to fast for 16 hours and eat for only 8.

A very popular timeframe is from noon — 8 pm.
