Drinking Too Much Of The Wrong Liquid

Alcohol is a nerve poison.

When you drink too much, it knocks you out and can make you unable to act.

That’s why it’s critical to keep your hands off alcohol before a workout because a good body feeling is required for a productive session and long-term progress.

Generally speaking, it is not a great idea to consume alcohol before exercising.

Even a tiny amount of alcohol in your blood can affect your coordination, balance, and spatial awareness.
