Green tea contains various antioxidants that are known to boost weight loss. It contains polyphenols that reduce oxidative stress thus helping the body in performing fat-burning processes easily which results in more weight loss.

Green tea also slows down the circulation of sugar in the body which helps maintain healthy blood sugar levels. Healthy blood sugar helps achieve weight loss goals, decreasing the risk of diabetes, and reduces the secretion of stress hormones.
