I’ve built 20 Kg of muscles in the past two years and remained relatively lean. People regularly ask me what I eat on a daily basis to hold my weight.

I’m not saying that the following foods couldn’t let you gain weight. Of course, they could. But you’d have to eat a truckload full of them every day to achieve that.

If your goal is losing weight or maintaining a low body fat percentage, make sure to have the foods mentioned below on your menu as they’ll support your journey immensely.

Eggs

Eggs are so underrated. They’re loaded with healthy fats and protein, which is why it’s very difficult to overeat them.

Theoretically, if you ate too much of any food, it would make you gain weight, but with eggs it’s almost impossible. They’re low in calories, and loaded with the mentioned macro-nutrients.

The protein from eggs is not only very filling, but digesting it will also increase your metabolism a bit and burn some extra calories due to the thermic effect of food.
