Many humans I know want to get (and stay) in shape like a pro athlete. I miss the days of dunking, running, jumping, and sprinting like the Hurricane Idalia wind as a former 13-year pro basketball player.

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve found this fitness journey to be one of constant humility. Who do you train with? Where do you start? What do you do? How do you enjoy getting in shape again?

You don’t need a professional contract, a world-class trainer, or access to world-class coaches to embark on pro-athlete fitness levels.
