5 Steps To Overcome Your Depression By Running

I’d sit indoors for days.

It was cold outside, sometimes -10 degrees or colder. Yet, something was missing. Even though I had a lot of work to do, I missed the daily exercise. It was like going without food for days.

Ever since I started university, I reduced the amount of outdoor activity when the exams drew near.
