Unfortunately, social media sometimes overcomplicates everything.
I’m not sure why people indulge in odd movements — or bypass the exercises we naturally perform daily.
These range from:
- Getting up from a chair
- Lifting things from the floor
- Sitting on the chair (or on the toilet!)
- Walking, hills and stairs
- Leaning side to side, upwards and down
Since we do these every day, the best movements in the gym would be similar whilst adding some resistance.
