I love snacking between meals.

I never eat enough in one sitting since it overloads my stomach.

So keeping myself 80% full is always a lot more comfortable.

Yet, that 20% gap rears its head with grumbles a few hours later.

Snacking the right way between meals will help you push through that hunger and lead you to your nutritious meal without breaking the caloric bank too much.

The reason being is that it keeps our appetite in check and helps us to build and maintain muscle mass.
