Keeping up a workout routine can be challenging, especially if you are not a professional trainer or not under the guidance of one. Fortunately, technology is your friend when it comes to getting high-quality workouts.

Here are 7 workout apps to try without going to the gym. With both free and paid options available, these are highly-rated apps that will take your workouts to the next level.

Centr is mainly known as that fitness app created by Hollywood star Chris Hemsworth, but it is actually more than that. It is basically a meal planner, a fitness app, and a meditation coach all rolled into one. As of the moment, the Centr app contains almost a thousand workouts, hundreds of recipes, and hundreds of meditation exercises, and more are still being added with each update.

At the start of the program, you will enter your vital statistics, your dietary preferences, and your fitness goals. From there, the app will create a workout plan that is tailor-made for your needs. They also have health and fitness guides that you can read if you have the time. Centr by Chris Hemsworth is one of the most loaded apps of its kind out there and is well worth the subscription price.
