Do you know that feeling when you’re back home at the end of the day, exhausted, tired, filled with stress?

You’re not thinking of anything but sleeping.

Sadly, you couldn’t. You keep moving in your bed, looking for the perfect position to help you sleep, but your mind keeps telling you ideas and stories about your day and giving you some plans for tomorrow.

But imagine after that long day you get a hot bath. Not only a better sleep you’ll get but many benefits, such as less anxiety and depression.

Studies showed that hot bathing at 40°C for 30 minutes (either in a bathtub or shower) gives you sufficient sleep and rest, low levels of stress, and high subjective happiness in individuals.

As a North African (Tunisia, Morocco, etc.), we’re famous for hot bathing. We call it HAMMAM. There’s at least 5 Hammam (hot bathing center) near my house in the area where I live.

However, you can make your own hammam in your house.
