Times have changed. Do you remember having your routine, your favourite bench in the weight room, and time to keep your personal fitness a priority? Ah, those were the days. Even though you may still be focused on our goals and good intentions, you may have no equipment, and no room to move.

When it doubt, keep it simple. The KISS principle is always a great strategy, especially when caught out of the comfort zone of your gym. The SS here stands for Small Space, or maybe Sans Supplies.

No space? No equipment? No problem

This body-weight workout can be dialed up with cardio intervals or kept simple with supersets when you’re in your tiny living room or bedroom. If you have a space the size of a yoga mat, and a bench-like object — be it a bed, couch or coffee table — you can do this workout.
