How to Romanian deadlift (RDL)

I’ve been told that I need a “hook” at the start of each article, to convince people to keep reading, so here it is. The Romanian Deadlift will:

  • Make you more flexible.
  • Make your core stronger and more durable.
  • Improve your grip strength
  • Boost your metabolism (really!)
  • Burn just silly amounts of fat.
  • Build the entire back of your body.
