Fitness is more than a habit, it’s a lifestyle that once adopted can’t be dropped.

You make it an integral part of your life by practicing it consistently, your actions and inactions all get synced with a fitness mindset that you follow like second nature.

Dedication and focus make your inherent nature shine as you put the same effort into all areas of your life.

However inherent nature is not always good and the environment also plays a role. One wrestler who started his wrestling arena became a small-time crime lord due to his inclination toward fitness.

Chidi Bhai(brother) trained his goons to wrestle in the morning and extort at night. Moreover, his family profession—butcher—only helped toughen up his image.

His passion for building a stronger, muscular body got him in trouble that lasted almost three decades.

A tragedy that got him out…
