Fertility Education

Did you know that there are lifestyle changes you can make today that impact your fertility and well-being?

As a woman, it is your right to take action for your general wellness to stay in good health and to prevent negative health conditions. Being in tune with your fertility and cycle is a part of your general wellness.

So, why do we not talk about it more?

Whether you are actively trying to conceive, thinking about conceiving, or wanting to conceive far in the future, it is important to make decisions today that can help increase your fertility for your future.

Many women display symptoms of infertility years before being diagnosed by a reproductive specialist. Many women wait until they want to conceive to seek out medical help, and then they realize too late that the infertility issues they have been dealing with for an extended amount of time could have been prevented or treated.

According to the Office on Women’s Health, about 10 percent of women (6.1 million) in the United States aged 15–44 deal with infertility issues.
