Analyzing the Best Exercises To Lose Weight and Which Have Been the Best for Me

Not all exercises work best for everyone because not everyone has the mindset for it.

Right now, I’m in a period of cutting fat after a bulking season. For this reason, I have been doing more cardio than ever.

This is something I’ve never been a full fan of.

I have always been lazy about this type of exercise, and I have never had resistance to doing it happily.

But in many cases, cardio is necessary and completely important if we want to achieve certain goals. It has multiple benefits, both physical and mental health, and it helps us take care of our hearts in the long term.

For this reason, I have been trying different cardiovascular exercises. In this article, I will rank them and explain which ones have been my favorites and why.

Running

Running has always been one of my least favorite exercises. I have tried running on the treadmill with an air conditioner and setting kilometer goals. I’ve tried it in parks, on the beach, and with friends.

None of them have worked for me.
