It’s very important to lead an active and healthy life, regardless of age.

You not only build your resilience to disease but also on a mental health level which is extremely important given the uncertainty of the world these days.

However, as much as we all know it’s essential, the general public isn’t getting enough exercise.

Not even one unit of exercise for 30 minutes is apparent in many people’s lives!

I find this quite startling — as 30 minutes per week is not even something you could classify as an activity!

All adults should be doing some form of exercise daily, which doesn’t have to be extensively vigorous.

It can be low impact, such as walking or riding your bike.

If you like to add vigorous activity in between the low-impact options, you will benefit your health at a higher level.
