Have you been missing your gym? Depending on where you live, your local gyms may have been closed for a while or running with many restrictions.

Hopefully, you’ve had access this whole time, but where I live — we haven’t. And it’s been hard. Through the pandemic, we’re understanding that gyms are for more than just sweating and building pecs: they are important for mental health.

But even at the best of time, commercial gyms come with their challenges. You have to drive there and back fighting the traffic; try to find parking; look for a locker; then compete with all the other members for equipment.

Many people have turned to working out at home and creating their own home gym setups. Equipment has been tougher to come by, but more is now becoming available.
