Working out every day doesn’t mean it’s got to be an intense session daily.

You probably do not want to aim at that level unless you are an athlete. It’s just not sustainable or necessary for overall health.

Only about 19.37 per cent of people work out daily, which isn’t a lot when you think about it. Worse, 15 per cent of people don’t even bother to work out at all!

What if you did take the plunge and worked out every day? It doesn’t have to be for hours. You could split it up during the day, more like energy bursts.

Would that small habit be a benefit or a hindrance in your life?
