Life is stressful. But finding a way to help manage negative emotions without paying a fortune is incredibly hard. I recently discovered this first hand after I experienced a traumatic event and needed something effective and free to help me. I live on a tight budget and don’t have the money to pay for a therapist. I was so relieved when I found 4 great apps that I use every day now, at no cost. All of which, have helped my mental health immensely.
One To Help Me With My Breathing Exercises
I use the Breath: Relax & Focus app to help me do my daily breathing exercises in the morning and right before bed. There are several health benefits to this practice. A few benefits I’ve noticed are:
