I have two passions in life; fitness and AI technology.

Those two don’t generally intersect much, so (if you’ve been following me for a while), you might not know that besides being a fitness enthusiast and formerly-certified personal trainer, I am also an AI content specialist!

But the day when AI — specifically, an AI tool called ChatGPT — can effectively help you reach your fitness goals is here! And using my prompting prowess, I will share the best ChatGPT fitness prompts for crushing your fitness goals.

Even personal trainers and athletes are starting to use ChatGPT to generate better workout programs, so why not take advantage of it yourself?
