I’m guessing most people are in a collective food coma this weekend. Hopefully you had a great time indulging this week with your family.

If you, like me, are trying to prioritize your health and weight loss, Thanksgiving to Christmas can be a difficult time. We’re bombarded with indulgent messaging. Our work, family, and friends are baking us desserts and shipping us sweet treats as a gift. Advent calendars promise day after day of chocolate.

One of the biggest preventers of people getting their health in order is meal planning and prepping. It’s time intensive and if you aren’t in the habit, it can be downright difficult. Lucky for you, I’m a self-proclaimed expert and am back with another weekly meal plan for you to copy.
