Here’s What Exercise and a Good Diet Does to Your Body
Do you know what a healthy lifestyle has done for you?
No one knows, below the surface layer, how exercise and good nutrition can impact our health.
Sure, exercise helps us to lose and maintain that weight loss. But diet does a pretty good job of that too. But, several different cells are activated for our bodies to do this.
Knowing what happens during this process will allow researchers to mimic this and offer potential medications to those who need this benefit.
For example, those people might be sedentary due to illness and perhaps suffer from cancer or disease.
Researcher’s studied mice with high-fat diets & normal diets who were either sedentary or given the means to exercise when they preferred.
One part of the research discovered that high-fat diets (the bad kind of fat) pushed all of the cells and systems one way, and the rats who exercised and ate a good diet pushed their cells in the opposite direction.
Exercise is a powerful, positive contributor that affects your entire body very positively.
