How Guys Over 50 Get And Stay Ripped
Can you finally get abs at the age of 50? Can you make all these diet and training adjustments to get leaner than you’ve ever been?
No.
I’m not trying to be negative at all. By the time you’re 50, you’ve had 5 decades of habits that are anything but productive to a lean physique. That doesn’t mean it’s out of reach for you, however. People are living longer, we know more about supplements, training, and nutrition and we’re incentivized to stay fit as we age. How you would get ripped and stay that way at 50?
Look like it when you’re 30
This is so under rated that I’m not sure why people ignore it. You aren’t going to have your dream body at 50 if you don’t have it at 30. Obviously, it’s easier to maintain your physique than if you are just getting off the couch after 20 years but that’s not the main reason.
If you have a lean and fit body when you are in your 30’s and maintain it until you’re in your 50’s, you have the habits that you need to stay lean. You understand the process and what it takes to be lean. You’ve ingrained the dietary habits that are needed. You can carry that forward.
