How I Drastically Reduced the Cellulite on My Thighs and Glutes
The science-backed habits I followed to finally see results
First things first: There’s nothing wrong with having cellulite.
It’s a natural, harmless tissue that up to 90% of women have, regardless of their shape or body type. So, even though the purpose of this piece is to share everything I’ve done to reduce the cellulite on my thighs and glutes, I’m not saying it’s wrong to have it.
Both at my leanest and heaviest, I’ve had cellulite. And now that I’m pregnant… Well, let’s just say I’m embracing my body during this amazing time.
But does that mean I’m against adopting harmless, non-extreme (key word) habits that help reduce the appearance of cellulite?
No.
In fact, after years of researching science-backed ways to reduce cellulite — and of intense trial and error — I now know the exact blueprint that has helped me work on my “affected areas”: my upper thighs and glutes.
