How Much Rest Do You Need Between Sets to Build Muscle And Strength?

We don’t think highly enough of rest periods. Prove me wrong, look around your gym the next time you’re in between sets. I guarantee that the majority of people you see are either talking to other people, scrolling social media or our looking around like you are. They are missing a key piece for muscle growth and strength, their rest period.
