How to Clean up Your Lymphatic System and Detox your Body
3 helpful tips to boost the lymphatic system
Every September to November, I implement a full-body detox to allow my body to rebalance and reboot itself. As a nutritionist, I understand the importance of the 11 organ systems running smoothly.
When these systems are not in balance, disease can manifest and cause havoc on one's health.
The detoxing process involves removing harmful toxic substances that an individual may have accumulated in the body over time, such as chemicals, pollutants, and heavy metals.
Cleaning up the body takes time and effort, so I recommend my three-month program when working with clients. It allows them to begin making long-lasting changes that become natural to their lifestyle.
Although many detox strategies, such as juicing or dietary supplements, are on the market, they are recommended for the short term.
Removing toxins from the organs and tissue can take years, which is why starting with detoxifing the lymphatic system is a great starting point.
