How to Stay Motivated to Exercise During the Winter

Particularly when the weather is terrible and the holiday season is around the corner

Running the Cedar 12k in 2014 even though there was snow on the ground. Luckily, it wasn’t cold that day, which is why I was able to wear a tank top. I do not recommend wearing so little clothing to run in the winter.

Staying motivated to exercise during the winter can be very challenging. Shorter days, bad weather and the upcoming holiday season are all the reasons why it can be difficult to complete your workout.
