I Eat Most of My Calories At Night

Eating at night doesn’t contribute to weight gain

We all probably know somebody who has tried a “no carbs after 6 p.m.” diet. It might have been 7 p.m.

The basis for this dieting technique is the belief that calories consumed after this time would be stored as body fat as we don’t require them initially for energy.
