I Failed at the Gym for 7 Years — Here’s My Plan to Success This Time
Now I understand what I was missing all these years.
The first time I set foot in a gym was on December 9, 2017. Since that day, 7 years and 2 months have passed.
This is a period in which I would have been able to transform my life and become a completely new person, except for the fact that I still look (almost) the same.
There hasn’t been an extraordinary transformation other than a few extra pounds (and obviously, I look older).
But why? Because I have failed a lot.
I have failed to be consistent; I have failed to eat what I should. I have failed to do the exercises correctly. But most of all, I have failed to understand what my body needs.
This year, however, I want to make a difference. I want to feel successful at the gym for the first time in my life. I want to be able to look back and say that I achieved exactly what I was aiming for when I step foot in the gym again.
