At 35 years old, Iām not getting any younger. Iāve lifted weights my entire adult life and gone through phases of serious effort to get as muscular as possible, but Iāve never really given a full effort.
Iād periodically go on a serious diet but would slack on my lifting. Iād go hard on my lifting and slack on my diet.
70% here, 30% there. I was giving 100%, but it was an alternating 100% divided between the two areas of fitness.
This time, I decided to give 100% to both exercise and nutrition and do it over a long enough period of time to really see what was possible.
