As a freelance writer, I feel concerned about ChatGPT. The advances in artificial intelligence are incredible, and I’m really blown away by this tool.

So rather than stress about a robot stealing my job, I decided to have a little fun with it.

This morning, I wanted to test its knowledge in the field of nutrition and health. I asked it four questions about carbs, eating dessert, weight gain, and exercise.

I have to admit, I didn’t expect its answers to be this good.
