I thought it’d be easy.
When I came across an article sharing the exact workout routine Gal Gadot followed to prepare for “Wonder Woman 1984,” I was immediately intrigued — I love trying new things — but I was also overconfident.
As someone who’s been lifting weights* and walking 10k steps daily for years, as someone who’s achieved and maintained a lean, athletic physique (you can see my current appearance below on day 14 of this challenge) for almost 5 years, I thought this would be a walk in the park.
Surely I could handle training like Wonder Woman.
