If there’s something I’ve learned in my decade-long fitness journey, it’s that walking is one of the main ingredients of a healthy lifestyle.

Adding more steps to my days has helped me (all science-backed benefits):

  • Increase my metabolism, allowing me to eat more while maintaining a lean physique.
  • Improve my cardiovascular fitness.
  • Ease the heaviness I used to feel in my legs and feet.
  • Enhance my creativity.
  • Improve my mood.
  • Sleep better.

To me, daily walking is a superpower.

That’s why I’ve been taking at least 10k steps daily for many years.
