If You Don’t Take Care of Your Health, Who Will? Here’s Why You Can't Wait
How prioritizing your health and fitness can transform your life and everyone who relies on you
Imagine this: You’re rushing from school drop-offs to work meetings, juggling deadlines and dinner plans. The days blur into a never-ending cycle of “to-dos.” You keep telling yourself, “I’ll start taking better care of myself later — when things calm down.”
But what happens if “later” never comes?
You keep pushing it off and fall into the trap of planning to start on Monday, which turns into next month. Next month becomes a new year, and you’re stuck in the same place or worse.
