I love walking.

I love it so much that I did a 20k-step challenge for a month. The conclusion, though, was that no one has time for that.

Getting that crazy amount of steps meant I had to walk every day for almost 4 hours — a part-time job.

And you know… I already have a job.

Though walking’s many benefits — improved overall health, fitness, and metabolism — are always a worthwhile pursuit (especially considering that walking more = eating more), most of us have no time to get thousands of steps in.

But then it hit me: What if I could walk while working?

After years of getting 10k steps daily, I’d already mastered read-walking, podcast-walking, and calling-my-mom-walking. How hard could work-walking be?

Turns out it’s not that hard — so long as you have the proper tool.

Enter the treadmill desk.
