I accessed this workout through the Jillian Michaels app, which is currently around ₹2229 for 3 months/$30

Body Revolution has 8 workouts. I did the first one, which works these: glutes, quads, chest, triceps, shoulders and a bit of abs.

These are 30 minute workouts.

She starts with a military march, and takes you slowly around the moves. This is a workout to build strength and rise up to the moves to come in future, progressive workouts.

Each strength move is repeated in circuits. There is a cardio move of a minute between these.

She has 4 circuits, so you do 8 circuits of strength and 4 one-minute cardio moves in between.

The workout will require a set of dumbbells.

There are a few great things she says in between, which stayed with me after I’d finished sweating with her.

She tells you NOT to do the above, calling it “dangerous”. Yes it is a workout video and you are at home, but she tries to take care of you.
