These days, summer bodies are made during any season.

But, whilst most of you are experiencing the wonders of summer, here in Sydney, we’ve been overcome by endless rain, wind and icy cold temperatures.

Sometimes I feel like snow isn’t far off, although we’re nowhere near ski slopes.

If you want to shed body fat fast, keeping yourself motivated is a must — no matter what season.

You must always work hard, although keep it basic — eat well, use weights and get in some cardio.

The hard work comes when you have to do this consistently — for a lifetime.

If you do this, there is no doubt that those results will come through.

But, if you are like me and want to get down and dirty with the most effective training method for shedding belly fat, this is one of the most effective and engaging techniques.
