Mental health has become a prominent topic over the last few years — and highly magnified due to Covid 19.

Not only is the community and government increasing awareness and services for mental health, but workplaces and organisations are vigilantly improving the mental health footprint by tirelessly adding campaigns during the year.

We all know that mental health woes come in many different forms, and no one’s suffering is similar to another.

Providing as much support as possible is important.

Mental health illness and suicide are still rising and particularly challenging for teenagers and children.

We celebrated RUOK Day only a few days ago in Australia. It’s an important question that we should continually ask colleagues, friends and family members.

That one question could change everything.

But yet, this is only one part of the mental health puzzle.
