I love that feeling after finishing a heavy session at the gym, happy, tired and sweaty. Ready to eat some food and recuperate and grow.

As soon as gyms reopen, I’m getting straight in there and smashing out some deadlifts. That should hit enough of the 600 plus muscles in the body…
