My mother has been fighting chronic constipation for decades now. Every time she thinks she has cut its head a new one emerges like the hydra.

It is an exhausting process that can stress you out. Any day my mother is not able to do her business in the morning she gets stressed. The whole of the day is filled with herbal teas and fruit salad to increase fiber and hydration.

I told my mother and she went on a mission to eat it daily to safeguard her digestion from chronic constipation.
