Remarkable and astonishing come to Dr John Pezzuto and his research team mind upon this marvellous discovery.

It’s not quite what I expected.

This fruit is off limits for me, as it causes a bit of gas and bloating — not to mention generally feeling like I’ve had a huge sugar hit.

However, they are delicious and eaten in small, moderate amounts.

Those who have blood sugar difficulties should stay away from this fruit.

One study in the Journal Foods showed that under two cups of these wonderful fruits amount to reductions in fatty liver and extend your life.

What is fatty liver?

Unfortunately, this disease affects about 25 per cent of the world’s population and can eventually lead to liver cancer.

Genes responsible for developing fatty liver were altered positively by eating grapes.
